Torwood Country Lodges are pleased to announce we currently have two lodge plots available for sale, plots 1 and 6.
If you are interested in large log cabins to accommodate a growing family, you may wish to consider lodge plot 6, as this is our largest plot. If you're interested in a plot with a view, we'd encourage you to enquire about plot 1 as soon as possible, as it is our last remaining slot with a loch view.

Freehold plot 6 is our largest plot. Slightly separate and extending towards the back of the site. Big enough for any of our lodges with lots of scope for landscaping to your own taste.

Choose Your Lodge
Lodge freehold plot price guide. All plots are sold as fully-serviced plots. This means water, gas and electricity are included in their price.
Connecting to the sewage and drainage is dependent on your choice of lodge positioning, and is therefore not included in the initial price estimate.
All lodges will come complete with parking spaces for two cars and a crushed stone driveway. Any additional landscaping can be included at the choice of the plot owner and at an additional cost.
We have carefully selected a range of lodges, including compact lodges perfect for romantic getaways and larger lodges ideal for big families.
All of our standard design lodges can be customised to your specific preferences but are all made from durable, solid timber. Every individual and family is different, so we believe our selection of lodges should reflect this.
Due to the customisation options we offer, it is impossible to provide a definitive price list for our freehold lodges. The guide prices are the average cost for a freehold luxury lodge with a mid-range kitchen, bathroom and basic decking. The prices shown do not include the price of the plot of land.
